Goodwin, Ryan
As a third–year dual–degree student in the Educational Policy and Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education programs, I am supported by the Erickson Research Fellowship. I have received additional support through a Summer Research Development Fellowship and the Fellowship to Enhance Global Understanding – China. My research interests are in P–20 education, focusing on policy and organizational factors, from early–childhood through adulthood, that contribute to how students prepare for and transition to and through postsecondary education. I maintain additional interests in international and comparative education, teacher education, collective bargaining, and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Prior to coming to MSU, I completed my undergraduate work at Indiana University in Elementary Education and a M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the University of South Carolina.
