MHSAA Coaching Advancement Program
ISYS and the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) have formed a partnership to enhance the quality of interscholastic leadership in Michigan through coaching education. MHSAA offers the Coaching Advancement Program (CAP), to coaches throughout the state of Michigan. The ISYS and the MHSAA have collaborated on the development of the CAP certification structure and curriculum for on-site presentations and continual learning. With the goal of providing interactive, practical coaching education based on science and practice, the ISYS and MHSAA have created program based on adult learning models that meets the needs of Michigan's high school and middle school coaches.
