NOTE: MANY COURSES HAVE PREREQUISITES. CHECK SCHEDULE OF COURSES.

CSE 131, 231, 232, 260 and 320 will be available without restriction to students who meet the prerequisites.  The 400 level course will carry restrictions by major which will obstruct the typical student pursuing the minor.  The student will need to file a plan for the minor with the department.  If the student's overall GPA and technical GPA meet the standards required of Computer Science majors for admission to upper level studies, then the student's plan will be approved.  After the plan is approved by the Department of Computer Science it will provide the override necessary for the courses in the minor which have restrictions.
