Collaborative Leadership Center

     The Collaborative Leadership Center facilitates change in schools, districts and communities seeking to create conditions for better teaching and learning.

     Recognizing that there are no "silver bullets" or easy answers, the Center enables individuals and groups to identify and build on their own strengths to promote success.

     Programs are designed in collaboration with customers using multiple needs assessments and identification of appropriate delivery systems.

    At the heart of the Collaborative Leadership Center's work is the development of leaders from both formal and informal roles and the creation of leaderful groups who can continue to manage and actively pursue change on a daily basis.

     Leaders learn about themselves, their organizations and the kinds of changes needed to accomplish their goals. Through their work with the Center, leaders develop shared purpose along with knowledge and skills necessary to lead effective change efforts that result in improved student learning.
