MAET Summer Reservation Procedures
If you have not been admitted to the MAET program , you must submit the following materials by February 15, 2008:

- Please note that only up to
9 semester credits may be transferred to the MAET program if the applicant has taken previous
educational technology graduate courses. Academic advisor
approval is required.
- The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is not required for application to this Master’s program. Applicants who attend the
MAET program in Plymouth are not required to present a TOEFL score if they are full-time teachers/administrators in international schools where English is their language of instruction.

Requests for summer reservations are reviewed by relevant University departments and are coordinated with the MAET admission process. Although there is limited scholarship assistance available for the summer study, teachers are encouraged to contact their international schools for financial support. Scholarship information can be found under the MAET Scholarship Information link.
MSU reserves the right to cancel programs. Program dates, location, arrangements, courses, faculty assignments, and costs are subject to change.
Orientation materials will be sent out via email, after March 15, 2008, to applicants who have been accepted into the Program and who have submitted the MAET
Summer 2008 GSEO Reservation form with a deposit.
Deposit and Final Payment
The MAET Summer 2008 GSEO Reservation Form must be accompanied by a US$200 deposit. The deposit is deducted from the final balance due. The deposit and the final payment may be made by check, Visa or MasterCard, or wire transfer.
Checks should be written to Michigan State University in U.S. funds payable on a bank within the United States.
Final payments for all Summer programs are due in the month of May. Full payment is required prior to attendance.
Wire transfers should be sent to the University's bank, LaSalle Bank, 2600 W. Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084, marked "for the account of the Board of Trustees, Michigan State University." The indicated ABA routing number should be 0720-0080-5, our account number should be listed as 1935-218139. You must indicate that your funds should be forwarded to the MSU Cashier's Office for the account of (name of person/school making wire transfer), Graduate Studies in Education Overseas, College of Education, GSEO Program, account 21-2331. Transfers coming from outside the United States may take as long as 10-15 business days to be credited to the University’s bank account. Please note that you may incur a wire service transfer charge from the originating/transferring bank, which you are responsible for. Please ask your bank when initiating a wire transfer. |
