Applications for the M.A. program in Rehabilitation Counseling should be submitted February 15th. However, applicants interested in the M.A. program but unable to meet this date should contact the program to discuss the possibility of submitting an application after February 15th. Applications for the M.A. program must include:

• Application Fee ($50)
• Departmental Application

  2. Word Format
• Official copies of transcripts (2 from each school attended)
• Test Scores from the GRE General Test (if undergraduate GPA is below 3.0)
• Letters of Recommendation (3)
• Statement of Professional Goals
• Resume or Vita

Applications for the Ph.D. program in Rehabilitation Counseling must be submitted by December 1st. Application Checklist to the doctoral program must include the following:
