Forms Dear Applicant: Thank you for your interest in the Master’s Program in Curriculum and Teaching in the Department of Teacher Education. Enclosed are the necessary forms and guidelines for completing the various components of your application file. The document "How to Apply to the Program" should be helpful to you since we have tried to answer some of the major questions applicants have when completing their files. Also enclosed is a yellow form entitled "Supporting Information" that needs to be completed and returned to our department at the time you apply. On the back of the guidelines document is a checklist of all the items which must be received in our office before your application will be considered complete, reviewed by a faculty committee and Chairperson, and referred to and acted up by the MSU Office of Admissions and Scholarships. Your application will not be reviewed until all these materials have been received in our department.
