Caldecott Winners

Presented by the American Library Association

Association for Library Service to Children

Established in 1938, the Caldecott medal is presented each year to the illustrator of the most distinguished American picture book for children published in the United States in the preceding year. The recipient must be a citizen or resident of the United States.
