Current position: Lecturer, sport psychology & research methods, University of Botswana, Botswana

Areas of special competence: self-efficacy, achievement motivation, the impact of self-esteem, social environment, and participation in sport and physical activity on children and adolescentspsychosocial development, as well as research methods and statistics. I also serve as consultant sport psychologist to the national teams here in Botswana.
