"Amazonian Carnival", a rich, highly interactive, multi-user,3D virtual environment that evokes the mystery of the Amazon and the steamy sensuality of a Brazilian Carnival. It is part street dance, adventure film, misty fantasy, concert, vivid history, tourist vacation, and part ecology lesson. A consortium of several universities around the world are contributing to this Virtual Reality on the Internet II artistic prototype.

The Breast Cancer Lighthouse CD-ROM and Web Site serve as a "virtual support group" for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, sharing personal stories of survivors.

The Virtual Reality Research Web CD-ROM offers Comm Tech Labvirtual reality research findings from the BattleTech Center, Fightertown, and Second Person VR. VR research is in progress in collaboration with EDS and Enter Corporation to integrate SMELL into virtual reality experiences (Presented at Siggraph in 1994).

Hands on Hawaii is a prototype of a second-person Virtual Reality system that integrates the user's real hands into a virtual video environment. The interface allows the user to manipulate and explore the photo realistic Hawaiian Islands with their hands. A follow-on cross platform CD-ROM was developed to compare the experiences between the two forms of communications (Presented at SIGGRAPH in 1993).

AMERITECH's New Product Showroom - a kiosk system developed for Ameritech, at their downtown Lansing Government offices.

Click on MSU is a kiosk system developed for Michigan State University Student Affairs and Services. It combined interactive multimedia and videodisc technologies to provide students with campus information (Presented at SIGGRAPH in 1991).

Martian Life Science Time Machine is a prototype of an educational interactive experience that debates the existence of life on Mars.
