Exercise Physiology Instructional Classroom



In January, 2002, the Kinesiology Department built a new exercise physiology instructional classroom (EPIC). It is located in the basement of IM Circle, at the opposite end of the building from our old Human Energy Reseach Lab. In addition to teaching, we have relocated the body composition testing area in the EPIC. This welcome addition of approximately 1200 square feet has allowed greater flexibility (and privacy) for our teaching, service, and some research needs. There are plans underway to begin remodeling and old lockerroom right across the hall from the EPIC that will add approximately 1500 square feet of needed research space.
