In addition, I agree to follow all applicable university policies regarding the conduct of research and creative endeavors described on the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies website http://vprgs.msu.edu . I understand that posting the following confidential data is in violation of College policy: 1) social security number, 2) credit card numbers, 3) bank account numbers, 4) name, address and birthdate when all 3 are used together.
