Liao, Huawen
Huawen's research interests include school finance and statistical issues in education. In particular, he is interested in the pattern of resource allocation between charter school and traditional public school in Michigan and how changes in school organization and governance affect school resource allocation. He also hopes to approach the policy issues from statistical and economic perspectives.
