Lansing, right next door to Lansing,
the capital of Michigan. The area offers a nice blend of
"small-town feel" with "big-city"
resources and activities. Be sure to follow the MSU, East
Lansing, and Lansing links to learn more about the area. All
three links contain information about local attractions, arts
and entertainment, living in the area, and plenty of photos.
You might also want to visit the local newspaper's web site
for current events (The
Lansing State Journal). For current news on the MSU
campus, check out the student paper, The
State News. Feel free to contact faculty or students via
e-mail for their perspectives on living and working in
mid-Michigan.
