5) Unit/Lesson Planning Guide provides a common framework for teacher candidates and interns to learn about planning in the program. (MS Word) (RTF)

6) Criteria for Progression to the Internship form must be filled out at the end of each semester for the juniors or seniors that you teach. (MS Word) (RTF)

7) Mid-semeser Course Instructor Feedback form will help you know early in the course how your students are experiencing the course and help you plan for improvements. (MS Word) (RTF)

8) Mid-Semester Field Instructor Feedback form will help you know early in the semester how well you are supporting interns and help you plan for improvements. (MS Word) (RTF)

9) All instructors are required to communicate with collaborating teachers about their course content and assignments so CTs can support teacher candidates' and interns' learning. The Communication with CT document provides several examples that you can adapt to your own situation. (MS Word) (RTF)
