Catherine Reischl M.A. Harvard University Catherine H. Reischl is a researcher and teacher who has taught in K-12 schools and universities in Thailand, India, New Zealand, and the United States. She has a Master's degree in reading and language development from Harvard University and a BA in English and education from St. Olaf College. She is currently teaching and conducting research at Michigan State University and completing a Ph.D. degree in literacy and teacher education. She has conducted professional development activities for teachers on the education of multilingual students in school districts throughout the US. Her research interests focus on the intersection of language, culture, and schooling in the personal and professional lives of teachers and their students.
