TE-PAC 2
Welcome to TE-PAC2! This project involves teachers and parents working together to improve science and math learning for all students. Three central beliefs frame TE-PAC2:
o That science and mathematics teaching and learning in elementary schools is hard work, and can't be done alone.
o That teachers and parents bring with them to children's learning a host of experiences and ideas that are worthwhile and can help create learning environments that address the needs of all learners.
o That teachers and parents are involved in their own on-going learning about science, math, and the needs of children.
TEPAC2 works with parents and teachers in 3rd and 4th grade in Flint, MI and Des Moines, IA.
